These terms govern your use of beatoflores.ph and any order placed with Beato Flores Flower Shop (DTI Business Name No. 6562340, BIR registered). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
Our bouquets and arrangements are made from fresh and preserved flowers, a natural product. Actual color, size, and flower variety may vary slightly from the photos on our site depending on seasonal availability — we’ll always aim to match the look and spirit of what you ordered.
Placing an order
Orders are placed through the website and paid for via GCash, Maya, or BPI. Since we don’t yet have automated payment processing, our team manually checks your payment screenshot before confirming the order — you’ll receive an email once that’s done. Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change for future orders without prior notice.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available to the areas listed on our Areas We Deliver page, within the time window you select at checkout. Same-day delivery depends on order cutoff times and rider availability. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — we’re not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details you provided.
Order tracking
You can check your order’s status anytime using your order number together with the email or phone number used at checkout, at beatoflores.ph/orders/track.
Cancellations and refunds
Because our arrangements are often made fresh to order, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far along your order is. If you need to cancel or report an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we’ll work it out with you directly.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to fulfill every order with care, but we’re not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — severe weather, traffic disruptions, courier issues, or incorrect information provided at checkout.
Content and intellectual property
The photos, text, and branding on beatoflores.ph belong to Beato Flores Flower Shop and may not be reused without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).
