Beato Flores Flower Shop (“Beato Flores,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use beatoflores.ph, why we collect it, and how it’s handled, in line with the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Delivery address (or pickup branch), and the recipient’s name and phone number if you’re ordering for someone else
- A screenshot of your GCash, Maya, or BPI payment, which we use to manually verify and confirm your order
- Any message card text, florist notes, or special instructions you add to your order
We also automatically collect basic technical information, like your IP address, mainly to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse (for example, stopping a script from spamming the checkout page).
How we use it
- To prepare, verify payment for, and fulfill your order
- To send you order updates by email — confirmation, payment confirmed, out for delivery/ready for pickup, and completed
- To let you look up your order status using your order number together with your email or phone number
- To respond if you contact us with a question or concern
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of the site
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your payment screenshots for anything beyond confirming that specific order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any follow-up questions or disputes, and meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations under Philippine law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you can ask us to let you see what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it (except where we’re required to keep order records for tax or legal reasons). To do any of this, email us at [email protected].
Cookies and local storage
We use small amounts of browser storage to remember what’s in your shopping cart between visits and to keep you signed in to your account area. We don’t use this to track you across other websites.

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
